In the process of using the screw oil press, we will encounter some problems. Some customers found that when the oil raw materials passes through the round row, the slag will be pressed out from the gap of the round row, we call it"slag running".
The processing method is as follows:
1. In the stopped state of the screrw oil press, loosen the lock nut behind the main shaft, and pull out the main shaft;
2. Remove the bolts of the press cage and remove the upper part;
3. Remove the screw oil press round rows, clean them, and use a small iron brush to clean the residue in the oil lines;
4. Clean up the press chamber, and then install it in order.
